
In Windows 7 (also Windows 8), control panel are arranged in categories so it looks more simple, but in fact, it is makes more difficult. There's a way that can be a place that you can find every single system settings.
Here's how:
1. Make a new folder anywhere, example at the desktop

2. Rename the folder

Into ....
NOTE: You can rename the "NewFolder" into whatever you like. e.g. System.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
